Disconnecting the drive key CAUTION: Data loss can result if the device is disconnected improperly. 1. Close all drive key files and programs. 2. Double-click the Safely Remove Hardware icon or the Unplug or Eject Hardware icon in the system tray. 3. Select USB Floppy Drive Key, and click Stop. 4. When the Safe to Remove Hardware message appears, disconnect the drive key from the computer. Some operating systems and user interfaces can vary on how to disconnect the drive key. Click Support and Troubleshooting Information from the left menu bar. 3. Type the product name in the product field and press Enter. 4.
