This section briefly explains the following features: ROM-Based Setup Utility (RBSU) RBSU performs a wide range of configuration activities and provides access to numerous settings, including those for system devices, operating system selection, boot controller order, and online spare memory. Redundant ROM Support The ProLiant DL380 Generation 2 server has two 1-MB ROMs: one of which contains the current version of the ROM, while the second contains the previous version of the ROM. If the first ROM becomes corrupt, the system defaults to the backup version, maximizing uptime and sever availability. ROMPaq Utility Flash ROM enables you to upgrade the firmware (BIOS) with system or option ROMPaq utilities.
