You will need more than 30 GB of available disk space for the following: • To copy the Windows MultiPoint Server 2011 CD contents to the hard disk during installation • To store paging and dump files on servers with 16 GB or more or RAM • Your server connection to the LAN through a network cable to a router (Universal Plug and Play (UPnP)-certified router is recommended) • Router address space definition 192.168.x.x • Monitor • Keyboard • Mouse • Either a USB hub or multifunction hub Recommended ProLiant servers Table 3 lists the servers that we recommend for Windows MultiPoint Server 2011. Your server must have the System ROM version shown (or later). To download the latest System ROM for your server, see the HP Business Support Center at www.hp.com/go/bizsupport. IMPORTANT Windows MultiPoint Server 2011 does not support Integrated Lights Out 3 (iLO-3) or HP ProLiant MicroServers with a Remote Access Card (RAC). 4
