Error ID: 1102: IDS - Waste ink container is full - Replace waste container (maintenance not allowed) FB10000 Error Message Troubleshooting Recommended Actions Waste Container is full - Replace container (regular workflow) 1. Check the waste container. If it is full, then the error is a non-issue. In this case, disconnect its Moby and replace the container. Note: You can replace the waste container by any empty ink container. The system will automatically mark its smart chip as waste and from now and on, this container can only be used for waste. It is recommended to mark the waste container using any agreed visual sign to help you distinguishing it from other ink containers. 2. If the container was not full, or if the error persists after replacing the waste container, then either the load cell needs calibration or there is a problem with the Spider board. Waste container Load cell needs recalibration (HP Service Engineer only) 1. If the waste container was not full, then the Load cell reading was wrong. In such case, proceed with the load cell calibration procedure (see TN "How to calibrate a load cell" in K2Go). 2. If the error persists after recalibrating the load cell, then the error may have been triggered by the Spider board. Spider board needs reset or is faulty (HP Service Engineer Only) Top Attention! Before resetting or replacing the Spider board, it is mandatory to turn down the FB10000 application. 1. Press the Reset button on the Spider board to reset it. 2
