Ensure the remote control is pointed at the sensor and is within 21.0 feet (6.4 meters) of the projector. 2. The two AAA batteries may need to be replaced. 3. Verify that the batteries are installed properly. Make sure the USB cable is connected to both the computer and the projector. Contact your Compaq authorized service provider or call Compaq Customer Support for help. Refer to the Worldwide Telephone Numbers booklet included in the projector documentation kit for a complete list of customer support numbers to call. 1. Adjust the digital zoom or move the camera until the image is the desired size. 2. The projector may be set to display in the center of the display area without any expansion. To change the setting, access the on-screen display menu, select A/V & HDTV Control, select HDTV/Video, then select how the image should be shown in the display area.
