Body Camera User Manual Chapter 6 Group Intercom You can realize group intercom via the device. Before You Start Register the device on the group intercom service configuration interface. Steps 1. Tap Group Intercom on the main menu. 2. Enter the registered User ID and Password on the group intercom service configuration interface. 3. Tap Platform Network Settings to set the group intercom service network. Server The IP address of the server installed with multimedia component. Port The communication port. The default port No. is 7128. 4. Tap Login on Group Intercom page. After login, you enter My Group page. The device will show the channel list which is managed by the central platform automatically. After login, you can do the following operations. - On My Group page, tap , and you can get group list or exit from group intercom. - Hold a certain channel, and select Set it as the current group. to set it as the current group. Then hold PTT button on the device to send voice intercom request. • You can realize half-duplex group intercom between devices. • After joining into the group, if the user of one device holds PTT button to start speaking, the other members in this group can hear the voice. Release the button after speaking ends. 16
