Troubleshooting Troubleshooting If an abnormal operation should occur, stop using the projector immediately. WARNING ►Never use the projector if abnormal operations such as smoke, strange odor, excessive sound, damaged casing or elements or cables, penetration of liquids or foreign matter, etc. should occur. In such cases, immediately disconnect the power plug from the power outlet. After making sure that the smoke or odor has stopped, contact your dealer or service company. Otherwise if a problem occurs with the projector, the following checks and measures are recommended before requesting repair. If this does not resolve the problem, please contact your dealer or service company. They will tell you what warranty condition is applied.
