Initial Settings SWITCHING OPERATING SOUND ON OR OFF (BEEP) 123 Setting On Off Content Beep is heard when the power switch is changed over, the REC button is pressed, etc. No beep is heard. 1 Press the MENU button, use "Operating Menu" (p. 64) to choose "Beep" on the "Initial Setup" menu screen, and then press the A button. Note: The "Beep" setting will be stored in memory even when the DVD video camera/recorder is turned off.
