16 FAQ on the EC305/325/355 Data Modem How to Judge Whether the EC305/325/355 Data Modem has been Installed Correctly? After installing the EC305/325/355 Data Modem, two devices are displayed in the device manager, namely, the "HUAWEI Mobile Connect-3G Modem" and the "HUAWEI Mobile Connect-3G Application Interface". Check whether these two devices are installed correctly at first. If a yellow exclamatory mark or other signs appear in front of the devices, it means that the EC305/325/355 has not been installed correctly, and you need to retry.
