Wi-Fi and Network Configure the Dual-SIM Settings Use the dual SIM settings to enable and disable SIM cards and configure which card to use for mobile data and calls. If your Phone has two SIM cards, go to Settings and touch Wireless & networks. Touch Dual SIM settings to configure the settings for each card. If you disable a SIM card, you will be unable to use it to make calls, send messages, or access the Internet. Enable the secondary SIM card to access mobile data during calls: If your Phone and secondary SIM card support VoLTE (Voice over LTE), enable Internet access during calls and Dual SIM 4G to access mobile data during calls. Note: You cannot use both cards for calls and data services at the same time. To avoid missing calls, go to Settings > Wireless & networks > Dual SIM settings, and configure Enable call forwarding between SIMs. Calls made to the mobile data card will be automatically forwarded to the calling card.
