Maintenance schedule Maintenance The following is a list of the maintenance which should be conducted on the machine. For those points not described in this manual, visit an authorised service workshop. Maintenance Cleaning Check the engine's oil level Check the engine's cooling air intake Check the fuel pump air filter Check the steering wires Check the battery Check the safety system Check nuts and screws Check for fuel and oil leakage. Clean around the silencer Clean the prefilter in the air filter 2) Change the engine oil 3, 4) Check the cutting deck Check the air pressure in the tyres. Lubricate the belt adjuster 1) Lubricate joints and shafts1) Adjust the brake Check the V-belts Check the cooling fins on the hydrostatic transmission Checking the transmission oil level Checking and adjusting the choke wire Tighten the nuts and screws Checking and adjusting of throttle wire Clean the cooling fins on the engine and hydrostatic transmission 2) Replace the air filter's prefilter and paper filter 2, 5) Replace the fuel filter Replace the spark plug. Maintenance schedule
The following is a list of the maintenance which should be conducted on the machine. For those points not described in this manual,
visit an authorised service workshop.
1)
If the machine is used daily it should be lubricated twice a week.
2)
Maintenance and replacement are required more often in dusty conditions.
3)
First change after 8
hours. When operating with a heavy load or at high ambient temperatures, replace every 50 hours.
4)
Replace the oil filter every 200 hours.
5)
Replace the paper filter
annually or every 200 hours.
6)
Conducted by authorised service workshop.
7)
Only 322T AWD first change after 8 hours
