One - 9/16 Wrench One - 3/4 Wrench One - Adjustable Wrench ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS .2- OR ECCNC LAT ATTACHMENT 1) Assemble the Slide Post (8), Upright (7), and the Thigh Post Support (5) to the Base (1), as shown. Use the 1/2 x 2 1/2 bolts (24) with flatwashers(27), lockwashers(28), and 1/2 hex nuts (29). NOTE: THE SLIDE POST GETS ONE BOLT WITH LOCKWASHER INTO A TEREALED HOLE, 2) Next, attach the Back Leg (2), and the Front Leg (3), with the 1/2 x 3 bolts (25), flatwashers (27), lockwashers (28), and the 1/2 hex nuts.(29). 3) Insert the Glide Strips {36) inside the Weight Slide (9). Add the Weight Slide -to the Slide Post (8). Allow it to rest on the base, at this time. 4) Assemble the Pulley Brackets (11) to the Slide Post (8) and the Upright (7). Use the 1/2 x 3 bolts '(25) with lockwasher and nuts. DO NOT TIGHTEN. 5) Position the Top Rear Pulley (32) and secure loosely with 3"bolt..The Top Front Pulley should be positioned between .the Pulley Brackets and the Cable Guide (16) should be fit over the outside. AligA the holes and assemb]e with 1/2 x 3 bolt with lockwasher.and nut. TIGHTEN-AIL BOLTS. 6) The other Pull mounts to the Front Leg (3) as shown. Use the 6" bolt (26y) with flatwasher, lockwasher, and hex nut. 7) Attach Seat Pad (10) to the Seat Support.(4.- Use the two 3/8 x 1 1/4 bolts (30) with lockwashers (31). Slide this assembly into the middle tube of the Front Leg (3), 8)- Slide the Roller Pad Tube (21) through the large holes of the Thigh Post (6). Allow equal space on both sides. Add 3/4" washer (18), Roller Pad (14), another 3/4" washer to each side. Secure both ends with two'Push Nuts (19). Slide into Thigh Post Support (5) and lock in the desired position . with the L-Pin(17). Snap the 1 3/4" End Plug (35) in the top of the- Thigh Post. 9) String the Long Cable (33) over the top two pulleys, as shown. Add a Hook (22) to each end and attach to the Weight Slide (9)at the rear and to the Lat: Pull Bar (13). NOTE: To use the Low Pull Bar (12), you must remove the Lat Pull Bar and connect the Short Cable to the Long Cable. 10) Add four 2" End Plugs (15) to the Front and Back Legs. Attach the two Rubber..12u=pers (201 to the bottom of the angle of the Weight Slide (9). Sl ide the Grips (23) onto the Bars. A little soapy water inside each grip helps slide them on.
