Match the battery polarities (+ and -) with those in the diagram inside the battery compartment. 3 Replace the cover. Note For battery operation, the AC adapter lead must be disconnected from the DC input jack. WHEN TO REPLACE THE BATTERIES When the indicator flashes in the LCD display, replace the batteries with new alkaline batteries. www.insignia-products.com 5

Power supply
To install the batteries (not supplied):

Open the battery compartment cover.

Insert two “AA” (LR6) alkaline batteries. Match the battery
polarities (+ and -) with those in the diagram inside the battery
compartment.

Replace the cover.
