Setting up your shelf system Connecting the power cord To use AC power: 1 Make sure that your local AC power source matches the voltage shown on the plate located inside the battery compartment. If it does not, consult your dealer or service center. 2 Connect the power cord to the AC power connector on the shelf system, then plug it into the AC power outlet. 3 To completely turn off the shelf system, unplug the power cord from the AC power outlet. Caution To protect your shelf system, unplug the power cord from the AC power outlet during heavy thunderstorms. Connecting the speakers Connect the speaker wires to the back of the CD/Radio player as shown in the following illustration. Setting up your shelf system
Connecting the power cord
To use AC power:

Make sure that your local AC power source matches the voltage
shown on the plate located inside the battery compartment. If it
does not, consult your dealer or service center.

Connect the power cord to the AC power connector on the shelf
system, then plug it into the AC power outlet.

To completely turn off the shelf system, unplug the power cord
from the AC power outlet.
Connecting the speakers
Connect the speaker wires to the back of the CD/Radio player as
shown in the following illustration.

Turn to tune to desired radio station.
