Insignia NS-A3112 Shelf System with iPod® Dock Power sources We recommend that you use a surge protector. During electrical storms, unplug the AC power adapter. When you do not intend to use your shelf system for an long period of time, unplug the AC power adapter and remove the batteries. Lightning and power surges are not covered under the warranty. Electromagnetic interference If normal operation of your shelf system is disrupted by electromagnetic interference or electrostatic discharge (static electricity), disconnect the power, then reconnect it. Disconnecting power The main AC power adapter is the disconnecting device. The plug must remain readily operable. To completely disconnect power, unplug the AC power adapter from the power outlet.
