Caution To prevent damage to the finish, do not use: • Gasoline, benzine, thinner, or other similar solvents. • Abrasive cleaners. Never pour water onto or into the air conditioner. It could damage the internal components and create a shock or fire hazard. Cleaning the air filter The air filter should be cleaned every two weeks. Depending on indoor air quality, the filter may require cleaning more often. A dirty air filter decreases the airflow and reduces the efficiency of the air conditioner.
