Insignia NS-B2114 CD Boombox with AM/FM Radio Listening to other portable audio devices Note You cannot use the remote control to control playback on an audio device. Use the audio device's controls instead. To listen to another portable audio device: 1 Make sure that your boombox is turned off. 2 Plug one end of the auxiliary line-in cord (included) into the AUX jack on the back of your boombox. VOL VOL Line Out jack SiHPOUDFFLE AUX AUX jack 3 Plug the other end of the cord into the Line Out jack on the audio device. 4 Turn on your boombox. 5 Press the FUNCTION button on your boombox or remote control one or more times until AUX appears on the display. 6 Use the controls on the audio device to control playback. Troubleshooting Problem No sound. Possible cause Possible solution Your boombox does not have power. Make sure that the power cord is plugged into a power outlet or replace the batteries. Listening to other portable audio devices
To listen to another portable audio device:

Make sure that your boombox is turned off.

Plug one end of the auxiliary line-in cord (included) into the AUX
jack on the back of your boombox.

Plug the other end of the cord into the Line Out jack on the audio
device.

Turn on your boombox.

Press the
FUNCTION
button on your boombox or remote control
one or more times until AUX appears on the display.

Use the controls on the audio device to control playback.
