Avoid exposure to direct sunlight, temperature extremes, and moisture. Ventilation Slots and openings in the cabinet and the back or bottom are provided for ventilation, reliable operation, and protection from overheating. These openings must not be blocked or covered. Do not block the openings by placing your boombox on a bed, sofa, rug, or other similar surface. Water and moisture Do not use your boombox near water. For example, do not use it near a bath tub, wash bowl, kitchen sink, or laundry tub, in a wet basement, or near a swimming pool. Do not let water slash or drip onto your boombox. moisture.
Ventilation
