The main digital channel broadcasts the program. A sub-channel may broadcast a variety of information depending on the broadcaster. For example, a sub-channel may broadcast a second language, weather forecast, or advertising. To change channels: • Press CH+ or CH- to tune to the next or previous channel in the channel list. • Press the number buttons for the channel you want, then press ENTER to tune to the channel immediately or wait a few seconds for the channel to change automatically. If you want to tune to a digital sub-channel, press the number buttons for the main channel, press , then press the number button for the sub-channel. For example, to tune to sub-channel 3 of main channel 8, press 8, press , then press 3. Button presses must be within two seconds of each other. • Press RECALL to tune to the last viewed channel. • Press CH.LIST to open the channel list, press or to highlight a channel, then press ENTER. • Press FAVORITE to open the favorite list, press or to highlight a channel, then press ENTER. Adjusting the volume To adjust the volume: • Press VOL+ or VOL- to increase or decrease the volume. • Press MUTE to turn off the sound.
