TROUBLESHOOTING If you encounter problems, try the solutions below: No sound from your headset. • Check that 3.5mm plug is securely connected to the console audio output jack. • Check your audio settings to ensure your headset is selected as the assigned audio device. • Check that the volume dial is not turned to minimum. Your Mic is not transmitting sound. • Check your audio settings to ensure your headset is selected as the assigned audio device. • Move Mic down from vertical (mute) position. • Move the Mic closer to your mouth. SAFETY INFORMATION To prevent possible hearing damage, do not listen at high volume levels for long periods. Do not use the headphones while driving or cycling, or in any situation where you should be able to hear other sounds. As a guide to setting the volume level, check that you can still hear your own voice when speaking normally while listening with the headphones.
