This Desktop Board meets the ENERGY STAR Program for Computers: Version 5.0 Category B requirements. The Desktop Board also meets the following international requirements: • Republic of Korea e-Standby program • European Union Energy using Products (ErP) directive Speaker A speaker is mounted on the Desktop Board. The speaker provides audible error code (beep code) information during the Power-On Self-Test (POST). Battery A battery on the Desktop Board keeps the values in CMOS RAM and the clock current when the computer is turned off. Go to page 54 for instructions on how to replace the battery.
