Create an NDPS Manager 1 In NWAdmin, select the appropriate container for the new NDPS Manager object. 2 Choose Object and then choose Create. 3 Choose NDPS Manager. 4 Type a NDPS Manager Name. 5 Browse to select a server and volume to store NDPS data. 6 Click Create. Create Printer Agents 1 Open NWAdmin and select the appropriate container for the new NDPS Printer Agent object. 2 Choose New Object and then choose Create. 3 Choose NDPS Printer and fill in the NDPS Printer name. 4 Choose Create a New Printer Agent and then choose the NDPS Manager. 5 Specify Novell Printer Gateway and click OK. 6 Select a printer model and Novell Port Handler. 7 Select the connection type as Remote LPR on IP. 8 Type the host address (print server IP) and printer name. (For example, LPT1_PASSTHRU, LPT2_PASSTHRU, COM1_PASSTHRU). 9 Select the printer driver for each client operating system. 12

Create an NDPS Manager

In NWAdmin, select the appropriate container for the new NDPS Manager
object.

Choose Object and then choose Create.

Choose NDPS Manager.

Type a NDPS Manager Name.
