Troubleshooting If you have problems using this product, check the following points before you request service. No power • The headset turns off automatically after 10 minutes of inactivity. If you have problems using this product, check the following points before you

No power
The headset turns off automatically after 10 minutes of inactivity. Power on the
headset again.
