Warning display You can tell the details of a warning from the (repeated) displays of the "WARNING" and "LIGHT" indicators. The "STANDBY/ON" indicator will light up or appear blinking according to the operation mode of the projector unit. (Please refer to ""Operation mode display"P. 77".) The Warning mode is activated once the message is displayed. Projection is interrupted, and the cooling fan is turned on for about 10 seconds. The power cannot be turned on again while cooling is in progress. Check the following after cooling is complete. Indicator Status Blinking WARNING LIGHT STANDBY/ON Frequency Description Check and Countermeasure WARNING (Red) WARNING x2 Cooling fan stopped abnormally 0 Check that nothing is x3 Internal temperature is blocking the air inlets. LIGHT STANDBY/ON abnormally high 0 Check that the external temperature is normal. Mode Display x4 External temperature is too high Countermeasure: Leave the unit x1 DD board occurs error unoperated until it cools down. x2 Motor board occurs error After that, turn on the power again. LIGHT STANDBY/ON x3 CPU board occurs error (Red) (Orange) Mode Display x4 Power board occurs error x1 LD Driver occurs error WARNING (Red) x3 Color sensor occurs error LIGHT STANDBY/ON x4 When the safety switch is (Orange) Mode Display activated Request for repair at your authorized dealer or a nearby service center. WARNING x3 The remote control code differs Set the remote control code for between this unit and the remote this unit and the remote control LIGHT STANDBY/ON control correctly.(P. 53) (Green) If the Warning mode is activated again, wait for the cooling fan to stop, followed by pulling out the power plug from the outlet.
