It provides powerful bass reproduction because the angled, rear-firing bass reflex port uses the wall as an acoustic amplifier to increase response. So, despite a compact, inconspicuous size-just 3.1 inches thick-it's very capable of outperforming larger speakers. Graphic is the result of close cooperation between Jamo engineers and acclaimed designers Wojtek & Hånsbæk. The exchangeable cloth grilles in black, light brown and lime green are mounted on magnetic frames so that they can be installed without tools. The combination of the flat beveled cabinet and black glass front makes it a work of art. But the beauty's more than skin deep. Graphic has a 5 ¼-inch woofer/midrange and a 1-inch tweeter. The black glass front is about much more than style-the rigid front plate is resonance-deadening, which improves acoustic properties.
