Getting Started Initial settings When you power on the unit for the first time, the screen appears. Perform the initial settings. E.g. Initial settings screen for DDX7018BT Once completed, a warning message appears. Touch [Agree] to display the Home screen. [Language]* Select the text language used for on-screen information. To enable the change: For DDX7018BT/DDX7018BTM: - When is set to [AV OFF], turn off the ignition switch, then turn on the ignition switch. - When is set to [Complete OFF], turn off the power of the unit, then turn on the power of the unit. For DDX718WBT/DDX718WBTM: - Turn off the ignition switch, then turn on the ignition switch. Setting the security function Registering a security code You can set a security code (four-digit number of your choice) to protect your receiver system against theft. Once you set the security code, you are required to input the security code when the power is on to reconnect the battery. 1 Display the Home screen. Initial settings

Setting the security function
Registering a security code
You can set a security code (four-digit number of
your choice) to protect your receiver system against
theft. Once you set the security code, you are required
