PRECISION KETTLE SAFETY 10. Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven. 11. The Precision Kettle should only be used to heat water. 12. Do not use the Precision Kettle without lid properly closed. 13. Do not use the Precision Kettle with loose or weakened handle. 14. Do not use the appliance for other than intended use. 15. Do not clean the Precision Kettle with abrasive cleaners, steel wool, or other abrasive materials. 16. Do not overfill the Precision Kettle. 17. Scalding may occur if the lid is removed during the heating cycle. 18. To disconnect, turn the control to "off," then remove plug from wall outlet.
