USING THE STOVETOP PRECISION KETTLE If using an electric cooking surface: Set burner to Medium or MediumHigh heat. 3 If using a gas cooking surface: Adjust the burner so that the gas flames do not extend up the side of the Kettle. Once the built-in thermometer indicates that the desired 4 temperature has been reached, turn off the heat and remove the Kettle from the burner. NOTE: Do not allow the Kettle to boil dry. NOTE: Allow the Kettle to cool on a heatresistant surface. Do not leave Kettle on a hot burner. Allow the Kettle to cool on a heat-
resistant surface. Do not leave Kettle on a
hot burner.
NOTE:
