In the Help panel, select Troubleshoot. If your printer is not responding, attempt to power cycle the printer by unplugging the printer. Wait 5 seconds, and then plug the power cord back into the printer. You should also confirm that you are using a USB 2.0 (High Speed) cable. USB 2.0 cables can be purchased online at www.kodak.com/go/usbcable or at your local retailer.
