3. 6 Other Indications (Not error) 3. 6. 1 Flash of Ready Indicator The Ready Indicator may suddenly starts flashing during normal use. The KIP Color 80 does not make any print when it is lighting even if many jobs are waiting to be printed out. This occurs when the media type is changed from one to another, because it requires changing the temperature of Fuser region. The KIP Color 80 will restart printing automatically when the Ready Indicator stops flashing. (You have to do nothing especially.) Reference Each media type has its own best temperature for image fusing. Switching of media type requires readjustment of the temperature of Fuser region to newly selected media type. The Ready Indicator flashes when the temperature is being changed, and printing will not be available until readjustment of temperature is completed.
