Troubleshooting Symptom Checkpoints Corrective Actions Reference Page Cannot print with USB memory. When displaying an image sent from the machine on the PC, an image size is shrunk vertically or horizontally. USB memory not recognized. Perform Gray Adjustment in the System Menu. is displayed. Performing Color Calibration... appears during continuous copying and copying stops. White or color streaks appear on prints. Was the USB memory formatted with a machine other than this machine? Is the USB host blocked? Check that the USB memory is securely plugged into the machine. Have you selected 200×100dpi Normal or 200×400dpi Super Fine for the scan resolution? Check that the USB memory is securely plugged into the machine. Is the USB host blocked? Over long periods of use, the effects of the ambient temperature and humidity can cause color output hues to vary slightly. The machine is carrying out a calibration process to ensure color stability. The inside of the machine may be dirty. Format the USB memory with this machine. Select Unblock in the USB host settings. - Select a scan resolution other than 200×100dpi Normal or 200×400dpi Super Fine when sending an image. - Select Unblock in the USB host settings. Whenever the printed hues differ from the original document or image, carry out Gray Adjustment. This is not a fault.Resume continuous copying when the calibration process ends.
