7 CONFIRMING JOB STATUS Confirming Copy Job Status You can confirm jobs in progress or ones in waiting on the touch panel. Also you can delete, pause or resume jobs in waiting, and change their order. You can also confirm the history of copy jobs performed, the status of drawers and the amount of toner remaining in the toner cartridges. „ Confirming jobs in progress or ones in waiting You can confirm the jobs in progress or the ones in waiting on the touch panel. To view them, press [JOB STATUS] on the touch panel. If this equipment is managed under the user management function, you need to enter user information, such as a user name or a password in the user authentication menu. The print job list appears. (Press the [JOBS] tab if another tab menu is displayed.) Copy jobs appear on the print job list as well as print jobs. On the print job list, you can confirm the name of the user who sent the job, the date and time the job was sent, the paper size, the number of pages and copy sets and the processing status. 7 jobs appear on 1 page of the print job list. When you press or on the touch panel, the menu will be changed to the previous one or the next one, so that you can view up to 1000 jobs. Press [CLOSE] when you finish the confirmation. Confirming Copy Job Status

You can confirm jobs in progress or ones in waiting on the touch panel. Also you can delete, pause or resume jobs in

waiting, and change their order. You can also confirm the history of copy jobs performed, the status of drawers and the

amount of toner remaining in the toner cartridges.

Confirming jobs in progress or ones in waiting

You can confirm the jobs in progress or the ones in waiting on the touch panel.

To view them, press [JOB STATUS] on the touch panel.

If this equipment is managed under the user management function, you need to enter user information, such as a user

The print job list appears. (Press the [JOBS] tab if another tab menu is displayed.) Copy jobs appear on the print job list as
