This does not mean the product is defective. The pointer of Magic Remote is not appear in the screen. • Your Magic Remote may have run out of batteries. Replace the batteries and register your Magic Remote again following the instructions shown in MAGIC REMOTE CONTROL of Owner's Manual. The projector makes too much noise. [Depending upon model] • Due to the built-in pressure sensor, the fan runs in high altitude mode at altitudes higher than 1200 m above sea level. • When the fan runs in high altitude mode, the fan's RPM may increase and the noise may rise.
