ENGLISH 12 INSTALLATION Removing/Assembling the Doors and Drawers Removing the doors is always recommended when it is necessary to move the refrigerator through a narrow opening. Warning yy If your entrance door is too narrow for the refrigerator to pass through, remove the refrigerator doors and move the refrigerator sideways through the doorway. yy Use two or more people to remove and install the refrigerator doors. Failure to do so can result in back or other injury. yy Disconnect the electrical supply to the refrigerator before installing. Failure to do so could result in serious injury or death. yy Do not put hands, feet or other objects into the air vents, base grille, or bottom of the refrigerator. You may be injured or receive an electrical shock. yy Be careful when handling the hinge, base grille and stopper. It may result in injury. yy Remove food and bins from the doors and drawers before detaching. 2 Remove the screw from the hinge cover at the top of the refrigerator. Lift the hook (not visible), located at the bottom of the front side of the cover with a flat-head screwdriver. 3 Remove the cover and pull out the tube . Disconnect all wire harnesses . Removing the Left Refrigerator Door 1 The water supply is connected to the upper right part of the rear surface of the refrigerator. Remove the ring in the joint area. Hold the water supply connection and gently push the Collet to detach the water supply line as shown in and . 4 Rotate the hinge lever counterclockwise . Lift the top hinge free of the hinge lever latch. Collet Hinge Lever Latch Note Detachment of the water supply line is applicable only when detaching the left refrigerator door. Caution When lifting the hinge free of the latch, be careful that the door does not fall forward.

Remove the
screw from the hinge cover at the top of
the refrigerator. Lift the hook (not visible), located at the
bottom of the front side of the cover
with a flat-head
screwdriver.

Remove the cover and pull out the tube
. Disconnect all
wire harnesses
.

Rotate the hinge lever counterclockwise
. Lift the top
hinge
free of the hinge lever latch.
CAUTION
When lifting the hinge free of the latch, be careful that
the door does not fall forward.
Removing the Left Refrigerator Door

The water supply is connected to the upper right part of
the rear surface of the refrigerator. Remove the ring in the
joint area. Hold the water supply connection and gently
push the Collet to detach the water supply line as shown
in

.
NOTE
Detachment of the water supply line is applicable only
when detaching the left refrigerator door.
WARNING
If your entrance door is too narrow for the refrigera-

tor to pass through, remove the refrigerator doors and
move the refrigerator sideways through the doorway.
