Connecting 19 Connecting the System Attaching the rear speakers to the wireless receiver Connect the rear speakers to the wireless receiver with the speaker cables. Attaching the speakers to the player Make sure the wire marked black goes in to the terminal marked "-" (minus) and the other wire goes in to the terminal marked "+" (plus). 1. Connect speaker wires to the player. Each speaker wire is color-coded. Use matching color wires for corresponding speakers. About Ferrite Core (for EMI only) Be sure to attach the ferrite core to the speaker cable. This ferrite core can reduce noises. How to attach the ferrite core 1. Press the stopper [a] of the ferrite core to open. 2. Wind the speaker cables once on the ferrite core. 3. Close the ferrite core until it clicks. Refer to the fig.3 and comment.
