CONNECT THE PIPE TO THE REFRIGERATOR Removing and Replacing a Cover Valve NOTE: • Before making the connection to the refrigerator, be sure the refrigerator power cord is not plugged into the wall outlet. • If your refrigerator does not have a water filter, we recommend installing one. If your water supply has sand or particles that could clog the screen of the refrigerator's water valve. Install the filter in the water line near the refrigerator. 1. Loosen a screw on top of plastic cover. 4. Insert the pipe into the valve and fasten with spanner as shown in the figure below. 5. Bend the pipe to upwards and replace the cover into original position. And tighten the screw. 2. Lift off the cover by slightly pushing up. 3. CONNECT THE PIPE TO THE
REFRIGERATOR
Removing and Replacing a Cover Valve
NOTE:
Before making the connection to the refrigerator, be
sure the refrigerator power cord is not plugged into
the wall outlet.
If your refrigerator does not have a water filter,
we recommend installing one. If your water supply
has sand or particles that could clog the screen of
the refrigerator
s water valve. Install the filter in the
water line near the refrigerator.
1.
Loosen a screw on top of plastic cover.
2.
Lift off the cover by slightly pushing up.
3.
Place a compression nut and a ferrule(sleeve) onto
the end of pipe.
4.
Insert the pipe into the valve and fasten with
spanner as shown in the figure below.
5.
Bend the pipe to upwards and replace the cover
into original position. And tighten the screw.
