USING YOUR MICROWAVE OVEN AUTO COOK Use this function to cook food without entering a cook time or power. You don't need to touch START. Automatically microwave cooking will start. tainer. Add amount of water according to the quantity.

Cover with plastic wrap and vent.
After cooking, allow to stand for 3 minutes.
