GOLDSTAR MICROWAVE OVEN LIMITED WARRANTY - USA Model MAK7553W/B LG Electronics, Inc. will repair or replace your product, at LG's option, if it proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use, during the warranty period set forth below, effective from the date of original consumer purchase of the product. This warranty is good only to the original purchaser of the product and effective only when used in the United States, including U.S. Territories. WARRANTY PERIOD: One Year from the Date of Purchase. HOW SERVICE IS HANDLED: Product Replacement Please call 1-800-243-0000 and choose the Customer Service/Appliance options. (Phones are answered 24 hours a day, 365 days per year.) You will receive a certificate to purchase a replacement product from your local dealer. You will then send the purchase receipts for the original and the replacement microwave ovens, along with the purchase authorization certificate to us. We will send you a refund check for the purchase price of the original product. This gives you the opportunity to upgrade to another model or to receive the full purchase price of the original model even if you decide to purchase a less expensive model.
