Confirming Items Before Reporting Defect When product goes wrong, before contacting the service center please confirm the following items. Confirmation Procedures • Has the power plug been pulled out? • Does the remote controller have problems? • Is the power fuse broken? • Whether the front panel open or not? • Correctly connect with power point. • Replace the battery or adjust the battery(+, -) pole. • Ask for assistance from service center. • Stop working when front panel is opened, close it completely.
