Remove the Back Cover 1. Hold the phone securely with both hands. 2. Use your thumb to press down on the indentation near the bottom of the back cover and slide the cover upwards to remove it. NOTE: Devices and software are constantly evolving-the screen images and icons you see here are for reference only. WARNING! Please use only an approved charging accessory to charge your device. Improper handling of the Accessory/ Charger Port, as well as the use of an incompatible charger, may cause damage to your device and void the warranty. Step 2. Insert the Battery Align the battery contacts with the terminals near the top of the battery compartment and press down until the battery clicks into place. Step 3. Replace the Back Cover Align the back cover over the battery compartment and slide it downwards until it clicks into place. Step 4. Charge the Phone Your device comes with a Wall/USB charger and a USB cable which connect together to charge your phone. To charge your phone: 1. Before turning on your phone, charge it fully. Be sure to use the charger that came with your phone. USB cable NOTICE: Please make sure that the 'B' side faces up before inserting a charger or USB cable into the Accessory/Charger Port of your phone. Powering your phone On/Off 1. To turn the phone on, press and hold the Power/End Key until the screen lights up. 2. To turn the phone off, press and hold the Power/End Key until the display turns off. Making a Call 1. Open the flip and enter the phone number using the keypad. 2. Press the Send Key to dial the number. 3. Press the Power/End Key to end the call. NOTE: Your phone has a Voice Commands feature that also lets you make calls by saying a phone number or Contact name. To access it, open the flip and press the Clear/Voice Commands Key and say Call followed by the name or number. Receiving a Call 1. When the phone rings or vibrates, you can answer the call by simply opening the flip. • Open the flip and press the Left Soft Key [Quiet] to mute the ringing or vibration for that call. • Open the flip and press the Right Soft Key [Ignore] to end the call and send the caller directly to Voicemail. • Open the flip and press [TXT] to end the call and send a quick text message. 2. Press the Power/End Key to end the call, or simply close the flip. Set Up Voice Mail Dial *86 (*VM) and press the Send Key . Then follow the setup tutorial. Access Voice Mail From your phone-Dial *86 and press the Send Key . When you hear the greeting, press # to interrupt, follow the prompts. From any phone-Dial your wireless number. When you hear the greeting, press # to interrupt, then then follow the prompts. NOTE: Voice mailboxes not set up within 45 days will be canceled. Your voice mailbox is not password protected until you create a password by following the setup tutorial. Ringtones Personalize your phone with ringtones. A wide variety of choices are available. 1. Open the flip and press [MENU]. 2. Press Media Center. 3. Press Tunes & Tones. 4. Press My Ringtones. 5. Use the Directional Key to highlight a ringtone and press the Left Soft Key [Set As]. You can press [PLAY] to preview the ringtone.

Step 2. Insert the Battery
Align the battery contacts with the
terminals near the top of the battery
compartment and press down until the
battery clicks into place.
Step 3. Replace the Back Cover
Align the back cover over the battery
compartment and slide it downwards until it
clicks into place.
Step 4. Charge the Phone
Your device comes with a Wall/USB charger
and a USB cable which connect together to
charge your phone. To charge your phone:
1.
Before turning on your phone, charge
it fully.
Be sure to use the charger that
came with your phone.
