E6 error, the tub won't spin, noise Tub support Carton base Remove the packing materials. Remove coins or foreign objects from the laundry before loading. The drain hose is installed too low. IE error, failure to fill with water, draining during fill The water inlet valve filters are clogged or the water inlet hoses are kinked. Water is not coming. The inlet hoses are installed in reverse. Laundry is hot, warm or wrinkled after finished washing. Cold water inlet Reinstall the drain hose properly. Inlet filter Clean the inlet valve filter or reinstall the water inlet hoses. Hot water inlet Reinstall the inlet hoses. The water tap is not turned on. Water is not supplied. Water tap Turn on the water tap. Improper installation of water inlet hoses or using third party inlet hoses Leakage Loose connection of power cord or electrical outlet problem No power problem Improper installation or use of product Service trips to deliver, pick up, install the product or for instruction on product use.
