All servicing should be performed by qualified personnel only. • WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not use this fan with any solid-state speed control device. • WARNING: Skin or eye damage may result from directly viewing the light produced by the lamp in this apparatus. Always disconnect power before replacing lamp or servicing. The product complies with the maximum allowable concentration of ozone of 0.050 parts per million by volume (ppmv) in a 24-hour period.
