Replacing the internal speaker Attention Do not open your computer or attempt any repair before reading the "Important safety information" in the ThinkCentre Safety and Warranty Guide that came with your computer. Remove the computer cover. See "Removing the cover" on page 11. 2. Locate the speaker connector on the system board. See "Identifying parts on the system board" on page 9. 3. Disconnect the speaker cable from the system board. 4. Push the metal tab on the top of the internal speaker outward and slide the internal speaker upward to completely remove it from the chassis.
