Troubleshooting If you meet any of the following problems when using the machine, you may solve them by following the troubleshooting tips below. If a problem remains unsolved after following these tips, please contact local dealer or Lenovo's service support according to the contact information in the warranty certificate and you must not attempt to repair the machine yourself to avoid electric shock accidents or aggravating the malfunction.
