1 USB connector 2 Serial port 3 Ethernet connector Use this connector to attach a device that requires a USB connection, such as a keyboard, a mouse, a scanner, a printer, or a personal digital assistant (PDA). Use this port to attach an external modem, a serial printer, or other devices that use a 9-pin serial port. Use this connector to attach the computer to an Ethernet-type local area network or to a cable modem.
