3 Double-click on the Multimedia icon. 4 Click on Device tab. 5 From the list of the drivers, click on the plus icon next to Media Control Devices. 6 Select (MIC) IBM MPEG-2 Deoder, and click on Remove. 7 Click on Yes. The video capture driver is removed. To install the IBM MPEG-2 Multimedia Driver for Windows NT 4.0: 1 Start Windows NT. 2 Close "Media Player" and video capture applications if they are open. 3 Uninstall the existing MPEG driver if present. 4 Insert the MPEG Feature Diskette for Windows NT into the diskette drive. 5 Make sure the following five files are on the diskette: a) MPEG32.DLL (the MPEG user mode driver) b) MPEGCD1.SYS (the MPEG kernel mode driver) c) DLL_STD.TXT (Microcode file for MPEG drivers) d) YUVARB.SYS (YUV Bus arbitrator driver) e) OEMSETUP.INF (configuration file for MPEG and YUV driver installation) 6 Click on Start, move the cursor to Settings, and click on Control Panel. 7 Double-click on the Multimedia icon.
