In-Ceiling Access Point 2.5 Panel Descriptions The in-ceiling wireless access point supports IEEE 802.3af PoE. A system status LED is located at the front panel, a LAN port is located at the bottom panel, and a reset button is located at the side panel. 1)LED LED System Status LED Description The LED flashes twice per second when the system is operating properly, and it will flash slower if the system is under heavy load. The operation is as follows: With the Device powered on, press and hold the Reset button for more than 5 seconds, and then release the button. The Device will restart with factory default settings. Note:The reset operation will clear all custom settings on the Device, so do it with caution. 2.6 Preparing for Installation 1) Make sure that there is proper heat dissipation and adequate ventilation around the Device. 2) Position the Device out of direct sunlight and away from sources of heat and ignition. 3) Position the Device away from sources of electrical noise, such as high power radiotransmitters, radar stations, and so on. 9
