Verify correct cable connections from the Engine board to the HVPS. Make sure there is continuity between the transfer roller and its contact on the HVPS; replace the transfer roll if the continuity is correct. If there is no continuity, make sure the HVPS contact returns to its upward limit when depressed, and make sure the left bearing of the transfer roll is making proper contact.
