Select a menu item. The next screen appears showing values. If a different value within a menu item is touched, it needs to be saved to become the current user default setting. To save the value as the new user default setting, touch Submit. For information on user default settings, see page 18. Description If an attendance message occurs which closes a function, such as copy or fax, then a blinking red exclamation point appears over the function button on the home screen.
