SERVICE BULLETIN Date: Update Number: Subject: Product Affected: September 2022 S2022-05 CAPAC Cellular Connection CAPAC Smart Access Hub LiftMaster is committed to providing innovative solutions and we wish to inform you of an impact to the performance of our CAPAC Smart Access Hub. Service Impact: It has come to our attention that CAPAC Smart Access Hubs manufactured during the month of June may be experiencing cellular connectivity challenges. After further review, it was discovered that an internal antenna was improperly mounted, preventing the cellular SIM from connecting to a cellular tower. Customers wishing to use the devices for cellular should call our technical support team to return the units manufactured in June 2022. A full replacement unit will be sent in its place.
